Abt Associates President and CEO Kathleen L. Flanagan has been named as a board member to the World Trade Center Institute — the largest international business network in the mid-Atlantic. Flanagan joins policy leaders and global executives from a variety of industry sectors on the board.

In addition to the World Trade Center Institute, Flanagan also serves on the board of the Professional Services Council(PSC), which represents the government technology and professional services industry, and serves as secretary of the PSC’s Executive Committee. She also is chair of the PSC's Civilian Agencies Council.
