FastCAP Systems Releases High Temperature Ultracapacitors in AA Size

The new form factor allows for increased ultracapacitor usage in a wide variety of applications.

FastCAP Systems has released the newest addition to their growing line of product offerings – an AA size high temperature, ruggedized, and hermetically sealed ultracapacitor. The ultracapacitors in this new form factor will be offered in three different temperature ranges up to 150°C. These devices are well suited for applications requiring rechargeable high power energy storage in a ruggedized format including aerospace, defense, industrial, automotive, and grid systems.

FastCAP launched the line of high temperature, ruggedized, and hermetically sealed ultracapacitors for direct sale in February 2016.
