We have believed in the potential of the solar market from the very beginning of our involvement with it.
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) August 01, 2016
Metro Atlanta-based Cantsink leads the nation as the top commercial solar contractor in 2016, according to Solar Power World Magazine.
The magazine annually ranks the Top 500 solar companies throughout the U.S. and Canada according to their expertise and volume. Cantsink has appeared on the list of Solar Commercial Contractors for the past four years, but reached the Number One ranking for Commercial Solar Contractors this year for the first time. http://tinyurl.com/hd5wlrx
Cantsink, founded in Atlanta in 1988, entered the solar industry in 2010 after converting its company facilities to net zero energy use. That conversion included installation of solar panels.
Cantsink provides a full range of products and services for solar installation, including driven piles for ground-mounted solar, customized solar racking, engineering, and other expert consulting services. Since entering the solar market, Cantsink has provided its products and services in 47 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and in Mexico.
Patrick Hutchinson, president of Cantsink, said he is honored to have reached this milestone in a fast-growing market sector. Cantsink is the only Georgia company ranked among the Top 10 Solar Commercial Contractors on the Solar Power World list.
“We have believed in the potential of the solar market from the very beginning of our involvement with it,” Hutchinson said. “It was a natural fit for our core business model that we have followed since I founded Cantsink in 1988.”
Hutchinson praised the foresight and hard work of his engineering, manufacturing, sales and marketing staff for their commitment to excellence in serving the solar market. He credited their focused team approach for making Cantsink such a strong competitor in the solar industry.
Kathie Zipp, managing editor of Solar Power World said the Top 500 Solar Contractors List is developed by Solar Power World magazine to recognize the work completed by solar contractors across the U.S. and Canada. The companies on the list are growing the economy, providing jobs and offering electricity consumers a choice about how they get their power. The list was released July 26.
“No one can deny that local companies are supporting the growth of the solar industry and the economy as a whole,” Zipp said. “Our Top Solar Contractors are the face of the industry—meeting homeowners and business leaders on doorsteps every day.”
