The Kansas City office is now part of the corporate structure (as of Aug. 1). Run by General Manager James Gregg, the office originally opened in August 2015 and now has nearly 600 units under management. With corporate power behind them now, their goal is to approach 1,000 units under management by the end of this year.

A report from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development projects demand for 12,780 more rental units in Kansas City between 2016 and 2018 and shows that economic conditions in the region are the strongest they have been since before 2000. The report also states that the economy and population of the region are expected to continue to grow in the next few years. The single-family rental market will play a huge part in filling the need for housing in the growing area.
