Dynamic speakers are set to take the stage on Nov. 10-11 with the beautiful Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas as the backdrop. But it isn't just about the speakers at this Elevate Purpose Conference.

TONY BRIDWELL is an author, international speaker, consultant and coach. He is the former Chief People Officer of Brinker International and a current partner with global consulting firm, Partners In Leadership. Bridwell was also named 2015 HR Executive of the Year by DallasHR (the local SHRM affiliate).

MIKE THOMPSON is the CEO of SVI, a leading talent development company, where he coaches current and next-generation CEOs and executives at many of the world’s largest companies. He has toured the world and studied leadership in some of the most primitive environments to gain deeper leadership insights in all types of communities.

ALYCE ALSTON has held leadership roles in companies such as Reader’s Digest Association, De Beers Diamond Jewelers, Conde Nast, Fairchild, Gruner + Jahr/Bertelsmann, Hearst and NewsCorp. Currently she is CEO of Hunt Hendrix Ventures and Executive Director of Relationships First, a social enterprise that inspires and impacts relational wellness.

TOM MILLER is the founder and current president at Symbolist, a behavioral influence and reward company based in Dallas. With degrees in Education and Sociology and a masters from HEC University in Paris, he is a frequent speaker at association meetings on topics such as rewards, recognition and creating sustainable engagement.

JIM AMOS is the president and CEO of The National Center for Policy Analysis. He is also the former CEO of Mail Boxes Etc. He has sought to guide entrepreneurs, associates and fellow citizens as a board member for organizations including Oreck Corporation, Zig Ziglar Corporation and Meineke Car Care Center.
