Pharmaceutical services provider TrialCard recently announced a corporate restructuring effort, forming dedicated business units to support each of the company’s product portfolios. The move is driven by significant growth in recent years, most notably in the market access and healthcare professional virtual engagement spaces. TrialCard’s corporate structure under the new alignment will contain three divisions – Patient Affordability, which encompasses the company’s co-pay savings program business, Virtual Engagement, inclusive of outbound tele-promotion and healthcare professional lead generation solutions, and TC Market Access, TrialCard’s recently-announced HUB services division. TrialCard will also make innovative use of technology in all three areas a focal point of the new structure, adopting the tagline “A technology-enabled pharmaceutical solutions company.”
“This alignment will allow us to remain innovative in our development of new solutions and responsive to our customers’ needs as we continue to grow,” said TrialCard President and CEO Mark Bouck. “Having dedicated business units to support each of our offerings and an overarching focus on technology as the differentiating factor that drives each of them positions us to continue providing integrated solutions that are flexible and impactful for manufacturers and the patients they support.”
The focus on technological innovation has been an increasing theme for TrialCard in recent years. The company has made substantial investments in capabilities designed to facilitate ease of use and greater access to information for patients, providers, and manufacturers. Among those are its MicroStrategy business intelligence and reporting platform along with an accompanying mobile application to enable field-based access to data, its QuickPath case management platform for patient support programs, and its Pharmacy Refill Link adherence solution.
