Based in the greater New York area, Charles is responsible for providing customers with business intelligence and resources to better understand the evolving competitive landscape. Leveraging more than ten years of experience in marketing, business intelligence, and competitive strategy in the financial services industry, he will direct companies with a pathway towards reduced risk, performance improvements, and increased revenue and profitability.

Before joining Psyma International, Charles was responsible for the sales, development, marketing and delivery of multi-client financial research at TNS. Here, he led numerous large domestic and global custom research engagements focused on growth and developed strategic change within client organizations.
Earlier in his career at Greenwich Associates, Charles partnered with banking clients to drive tactical research applications and was responsible for information collection, segmentation and conveyance specializing in North American commercial, corporate, and investment banking. In addition to his work experience, Charles holds a BA in Economics from Purchase College and an MBA from Hofstra University’s Zarb School of Business.
