CallTower launched its new cloud contact center solution for Office 365 and Skype for Business today. CallTower clients can now gain all the benefits of a cloud contact center while leveraging their investments in Office 365 or Skype for Business.

The new cloud-delivery model enables organizations to move their contact center to the cloud, regardless of whether they have Office 365 or Skype for Business (on-premises or fully hosted). This contact center capability is provided in partnership with Clarity, the developer for Clarity Connect. The cloud contact center solution was created exclusively for, and is native to, Skype for Business, enabling it to work seamlessly with Office 365.
