“The burden of manually compiling the PBJ reports in the proper format has been removed and replaced with a streamlined and efficient process.”
Livonia, Michigan (PRWEB) October 14, 2016
As of July 1, 2016, long-term care (LTC) facilities are required to report daily staffing and census information for each fiscal quarter through the online PBJ system of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). In addition to census data, CMS expects detailed accounts of each employee's service hours, including job title, services performed, and daily number of hours worked within a calendar day format.
Working with certified partner Cincinnati Time of Maine (Portland, ME), Maine Veterans’ Homes implemented the PBJ feature in their new Attendance on Demand system. This feature allowed them to report employee time data in a calendar day (midnight-to-midnight) format, without changing their payroll or timekeeping practices. The PBJ feature has streamlined Maine Veterans’ Homes’ time and attendance process. They now submit the PBJ reports every month, exceeding the requirement of once every fiscal quarter.
“Attendance on Demand is pleased to provide Maine Veterans’ Homes and other LTC facilities with a quick and comprehensive solution to an otherwise complex problem.” said Beth Baerman, Director of Compliance and Communications at Attendance on Demand, Inc.
