TrialCard’s Jonathan Diaz, Product Manager for the pharmaceutical services company’s Pulse Analytics reporting platform, was a featured presenter at this week’s MicroStrategy Symposium Series event held in Charlotte, NC.
Diaz’s presentation focused on how TrialCard has used MicroStrategy, an enterprise analytics tool that delivers business data via dashboards, visualizations, and mobile reporting solutions, to present patient support and affordability program data to its pharmaceutical manufacturer clients in a dynamic, flexible manner. Since first implementing the suite in 2013 TrialCard has developed a full menu of data delivery options, including program dashboards, standard and custom reports, and most recently a mobile app for field-based representatives to access up-to-date data from anywhere in preparation for meetings with healthcare professionals.
