Located in San Marcos, CA, Ventaliso is a 48 unit community featuring one, two, and three bedroom apartment homes for 30-60% AMI. In keeping with the Affirmed mission to enhance the planet, energy efficient upgrades have been made throughout the community in an effort to lower utility bills as well as the buildings carbon footprint. Originally built in 2001, renovations include exterior paint, refurbishing of the community room, community tot lot, all new drought tolerant landscaping and upgraded security measures for residents.
