MindRocket Media Group, an EdTech marketing and strategy agency, announced today an expansion of their partnership with Stockholm-based Soundtrap, the popular online music and audio recording studio, that will make MindRocket’s CEO, Dr. Rod Berger, Soundtrap’s Brand Ambassador. This brand ambassador arrangement is an expansion of the education industry strategy services MindRocket has provided for Soundtrap since January, 2016.

In his role as brand ambassador, Dr. Berger will represent Soundtrap at various academic conferences and in education working groups, focusing on the learning benefits of Soundtrap’s innovative music creation application. Soundtrap for Education is the first solution designed especially for kids (K-12) that lets them make music or audio recordings with fellow students within their invited and secured group, record a tune or podcast, then share the music with classmates in the cloud from a multitude of devices and operating systems.

Soundtrap is a Google for Education Partner and was awarded Best Website for Teaching and Learning 2015 by the American Association of School Librarians. The online collaborative music and audio recording platform is one of only three applications to be included in Google For Education’s 2016 Creative Apps For Chromebook program bundle.

Berger began the last week of September with a kick-off meeting in Stockholm at Soundtrap headquarters.
