Prior to Steven Douglas, Juan was a Principal at one of the largest retained executive search firms in Canada, where he focused on providing talent to a variety of industries including Finance, Mining, Energy, Water, Infrastructure, Manufacturing and Agribusiness, in Latin America. His breadth of experience often lead him to work on complex assignments.
