Parkside Collection Debuts this Saturday, October 15.

Nexton has added even more diversity to their mix of home styles with new townhomes being introduced on Saturday, Oct. 15.

Each of the townhome styles featured in the Parkside Collection offers two bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths. Townhomes range from 1,420 to 1,527 square feet, and include luxe touches like screened-in porches, large walk-in closets and foyers featuring powder rooms. Prices start in the low $200,000s.

The townhome association maintains and insures each home’s exterior, enabling a carefree lifestyle for those who move to Parkside.

The new townhomes are part of the state’s first gigabit community, where technological assets enable residents to plug in when they need, while miles of trails and unique parks on the ground allow them to unplug as they wish. Residents also have access to the new Nexton Elementary, to a vibrant community pool, and to a robust schedule of community events.

The Nexton community, coming to life at 1-26 and Highway 17A in Summerville South Carolina, is at the heart of metro Charleston’s most vibrant growth. The new townhomes are a fresh response to the lifestyles people seek today in order to be creative and successful.

Nexton’s 5,000 acres occupy a key location at the crossroads of I-26 and 17A, placing the community directly in the path of metro Charleston’s most energetic growth. Further enriching the community is Starbucks, which is under construction and opening this year, as well as the planned Palmetto Primary Care Physicians medical campus, Harris Teeter and Baker Automotive, all made easily accessible by the Sheep Island Interchange expected to open in 2018.
