Jon Tabeling to Step Down as COO of Arena Americas

Jon Tabeling will stand down from a full time role with Arena Americas to take on a part time consultancy position with the company.

Arena Group, a global event rental company, has announced that Jon Tabeling will be stepping down from the position of Chief Operating Officer of Arena Americas to take on a part time consultancy role in the company.

Greg Lawless, Arena Group CEO commented, "We are very disappointed that Jon, for personal reasons, had to stand down from a full time role with Arena Americas but fully understand and support his decision. Jon has been a tremendous and loyal senior executive with us over ten years now and in his short time as COO has made a hugely positive impact on our North American division."

During his tenure at Arena Americas, Jon managed the U.S. Arena business, worked with the U.S. military on large projects, developed business opportunities on a national level and furthered Arena’s operational initiatives. Jon was also instrumental in securing a multi-year agreement with the USGA to deliver the U.S. Open Championship from 2015 through 2018.

Arena Americas will now commence the search for a Chief Executive Officer to oversee the U.S. Arena business and continue the positive growth the organization has made under the Arena Group ownership over the last three years.

Arena also offers highly technical and specialized services including in-house design and manufacturing capabilities, strong custom graphics capabilities, and industry-leading safety and training protocols.
