Bonita Springs Historical Society Announces Sponsors for “Light the Way” – A Special Kick-off Celebration December 9th to Benefit the Historic McSwain Home
Plans are underway for the Light the Way celebration to assist in the fundraising efforts for the Bonita Springs Historical Society McSwain home. Built in 1915, the house was donated to the Historical Society from the estate of Hudon and Alice Humphries.
Stated by Phyllis Blanchette, Event Chair the Bonita Springs Historical Society is overjoyed with the response and enthusiasm from individuals and the local business community. “As we prepare to ignite our "Light the Way " Event, a Kick off celebration for the 2017 Festival of Trees.
This event is guaranteed to be a most memorable, and exciting evening in a magical setting at the Liles Hotel Plaza, Friday December 9th, 2016. The event will feature great Food, Spirits, Strolling Carolers, Live Jazz, an electrifying light show, and a trolley tour highlighting our many wonderful historic attractions along old 41. We our most grateful for the support from our generous sponsors American House, Best Moving & Storage, Don & Kim Thompson, Gilkey Organization, Kathy McGrath, and TLC Marketing & Creative Services, and including our wonderful volunteers.”
Light the Way, will take place Friday, December 9, 2016, from 5:00pm - 9:00pm at the Liles Hotel Plaza, 27300 Old US 41 Road, Bonita Springs. Tickets for the Light the Way event are $90.00 per person and $150.00 per couple and sponsorships are available.
