Shane Jordan has been named Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Business Development. Jordan brings a broad range of experience to the position at Fogo with 25 years of sales leadership across multiple sectors of the healthcare industry. Shane worked with Greenway Health™ for nearly a decade prior to its acquisition by Vista Equity Partners in November 2013, serving first as a Regional Sales Manager and later Enterprise Sales Director where he was responsible for strategic customer accounts and partner relationships, establishing Greenway as a leader in the U.S. Ambulatory EHR market. Prior to Greenway, Jordan spent 12 years in micro electronic manufacturing sales, with clients that included IBM, Motorola, Harris Corporation and Lockheed Martin. “Shane’s passion for aligning client needs to the ever-changing challenges of the technology industry makes him an excellent choice to lead Fogo’s national sales infrastructure, directing all strategic business development, partnerships and national sales. Healthcare IT Advisory Board Established
Fogo is also pleased to announce the establishment of a new Healthcare IT Advisory Board, adding two well-respected individuals with decades of healthcare experience to the Fogo team.
James Thomas Ingram, MD, FACS, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and former Chief of Surgery at Tanner Health System, is joining the Fogo Healthcare IT Advisory Board. Dr. Ingram is the current President of Ingram Healthcare, LLC and a practicing physician at USMed Clinic, LLC. As a founding member of Greenway Medical Technologies, Inc., he served as Chief Medical Officer for 15 years. Dr. Ingram developed a platform known as the Physicians Infrastructure that provides software tools for physicians to improve management options for their patients. He was instrumental in many aspects of the product design, development and content. Dr. Ingram has written extensively on the “usability “of healthcare information management systems from a physician’s perspective. Dr. Ingram is a named inventory on 24 Healthcare IT patents and pending patents. He graduated cum laude from the University of Alabama’s Medical School, as a board-certified general surgeon. “I am pleased to be joining the Fogo Healthcare IT Advisory Board as we see Healthcare IT moving rapidly to the cloud,” said Dr. Ingram.
Linda Stotsky is also joining the Fogo team, contributing over 28 years of experience in telecom, healthcare and Healthcare IT. An expert at discovering practical solutions to real-world technology issues, she has worked closely with physicians and healthcare organizations through the early adoption and optimization of EMR, eRX and HIE at organizations including e-MDs, GE Healthcare, HMS and BCBST. Linda served on HIMSS Standards and Interoperability Workgroup for Stage 1 Meaningful Use, and is a respected member of the Twitter community as @EMRAnswers. She was listed in the “Top 5” of the crowd sourced #HIT100 in 2016, along with Fogo’s Chief Executive Officer, William G. Esslinger, Jr. (@billesslinger).
