We're proud of our continued growth in dynamic, competitive markets that we have managed to sustain through challenging times. Expanding with talented designers and staff will help us maintain the level of excellence that our clients have come to expect.
Princeton, New Jersey (PRWEB) November 08, 2016
Joshua Zinder Architecture + Design (JZA+D) has announced a reorganization and expansion to handle new business and growth in a number of markets, including higher education, commercial workplace and office properties, hospitality, and mixed-use and residential buildings and interiors. The firm, which celebrates its 10th anniversary this year, has cultivated a loyal following globally and has completed design projects from New Jersey and Nevada to Macau and Singapore.
The founder and principal of the firm, Joshua Zinder, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C, made these announcements today as part of the firm's steady and continued expansion, while noting that JZA+D was recently honored as the Entrepreneur of the Year 2015 by the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce, and in 2014 as "Architectural Firm of the Year" by the state chapter of the American Institute of Architects.
New hires at JZA+D reinforce the firm's successful trajectory, including a number of experienced and emerging design experts. The most recent hires include architectural designer Taylor Kinsey, and designer Deanna D’Elia,. Kinsey is a recent graduate of Syracuse University School of Architecture, as well as a finalist in design competitions, and a specialist in applying architectural software. D’Elia, with a B.F.A. in Interior Design from the New York School of Interior Design, brings to JZA+D valuable experience in corporate office, residential, and commercial building interiors.
These recent additions to the JZA+D roster will support the expanding efforts of architect Benjamin Grace and interior designer Ashley Servis, themselves part of a recent round of hires from 2014. Grace recently earned his professional license, and Servis has been promoted to Senior Designer. All are guided by veteran architect and studio director Mark A. Sullivan, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP. Additionally, Callie Hancock joined JZA+D as marketing director last year.
These new posts and assignments of the talented multidisciplinary team to handle new projects and responsibilities will sustain new business development efforts while providing higher levels of service and design excellence to the firm’s growing national client base. In the past 18 months alone, JZA+D has added Rowan University and Princeton University to its roster of academic clients, which has also include Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey.
Said founding principal Zinder, "We're proud of our continued growth in dynamic, competitive markets that we have managed to sustain through challenging times. Expanding with talented designers and support staff will help us maintain the level of excellence that our clients have come to expect, while giving us the flexibility to take on bigger challenges."
