Mac, an Indiana development and construction company, on the development of its second project in Bloomington, IN. The Urban Station, a 155-bed student housing project will be located at 403 S. Walnut St., Bloomington, IN.
With Indiana University within walking distance of Urban Station, Sila seeks to cater to IU students as potential residents. Urban Station will provide many luxury amenities for its residents, including swimming pool, sundeck, rooftop movie theater, doorman service, fitness center, study rooms, music practice rooms, bike storage and secure parking, and more.
The development is currently under construction and leasing for next year has begun. Urban Station will open in August of 2017 in time for IU students to move in before school starts.
