With the opening of the Mumbai site, DATAMARK now has two business process outsourcing (BPO) locations in India. The company has provided BPO services at its facility in Chennai since 2005, operating as a DATAMARK majority-owned joint venture. The new facility in Mumbai will be the first India site 100 percent owned and operated by DATAMARK.

The Mumbai site will provide backup and redundancy for DATAMARK’s worldwide operations, and offers sufficient facility space to accommodate DATAMARK’s future growth. The Mumbai location currently employs150 data entry staff. DATAMARK expects to increase staffing levels to 700 over the next three years as its outsourced contact center operations expand.
