NuTEQ Solutions and NCTC Announce Distribution Agreement

The National Cable Television Cooperative (NCTC) and NuTEQ Solutions, a SaaS provider of mobile customer care to the broadband industry, today announced a multi-year agreement for the distribution of NuTEQ’s GOCare™ Mobile Customer Care Solution.

NuTEQ’s GOCare is a cloud-based, fully-integrated solution enabling interactive texting between the broadband provider’s back office and the customer’s mobile device. Customers everywhere have embraced interactive texting as a preferred method of communications in a mobile-first world. Broadband providers can now utilize GOCare to enhance customer satisfaction with anytime / anywhere texting thereby reducing call volumes, eliminating missed appointment truck rolls, and accelerating collections.
