Preceding Mr. Larkin’s move over to the commercial side, he served in the U.S. Navy. During a decorated twenty year career, he served as a U.S. Navy Surface Warfare Officer, from which he gained his background in highly sensitive data, cyber security, and management.
Mr. Larkin holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.
