Frydman will work directly with Net@Work's co-founders Edward Solomon and Alex Solomon on all corporate strategic initiatives and will directly oversee all of Finance, Operations and Human Resources. Frydman will be working with management to streamline the company's operational infrastructure – its systems, processes and personnel – to support and promote its rapid growth objectives.
Before joining Net@Work, Frydman spent over six years as Chief Operating Officer for SWK Technologies (SWK). During his tenure, he was instrumental in driving the company's significant growth as well as the expansion and diversification of revenue streams. Prior to SWK, Paul spent more than 12 years in various management roles overseeing implementations of business applications and technology solutions with other resellers, all in the SMB market.
