Plans are currently being finalized to build an up-scale 8300 square foot retail strip center this summer along Back River Neck Road in Essex, Maryland. This community is experiencing growth as predicted and needs more community businesses to serve its growing demands.

Realtor and Developer Todd Sachs has developed prime retail land at 200 Back River Neck Road to support the residential demand in Essex, Maryland - Baltimore County.

Essex as well as the entire east side of Baltimore County has been slated for redevelopment by Baltimore County Government for over 10 years and now it's evident this is moving forward.

Areas like Essex, Middle River and Dundalk offer many benefits for is residents. Waterways, easy access to Baltimore and Washington DC, Interstate 95, Train Stations, BWI Airport and Baltimore Beltway 695, just to name a few.

National builders such as KHovnanian and Ryan Homes have recently built new residential housing in Essex, Maryland.
