Little Sprouts celebrates the opening of their latest new school in the greater Boston area!

Increasing our presence in the greater Boston area, and providing further convenient and quality care options for commuting families in and out of the city, is always cause for Little Sprouts to celebrate.

Little Sprouts, an award-winning provider of early education and child care, opened the doors to a new school this morning in Watertown, Massachusetts. A welcome addition for city commuters and nearby residents, the school is conveniently located near the Arsenal Mall at 150 Coolidge Avenue in Watertown, MA. A colorful, brand new learning space spanning 13,250 sq. ft., the school boasts thirteen classrooms and will serve up to 142 children. Private outdoor playgrounds, in addition to a spacious indoor recreation room, will ensure children have plenty of space to spread out as they learn, play and grow.

The Little Sprouts Watertown school will be directed by Melinda Flanagan. New to the Little Sprouts team, Flanagan brings with her over 13 years of experience in various roles including teacher, assistant director, and director at KinderCare. Touting an impressive list of leadership skills, Flanagan looks forward to directing this brand new school toward a bright future and providing families with an outstanding early education experience for their children.

For 35 years, Little Sprouts has provided early education and child care to children throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. The organization has been nationally recognized by the U.S. Department of Education as a “Preschool Center of Educational Excellence.” With a focus on play-based learning, Little Sprouts employs an individualized approach to teaching in their curriculum, a method that recognizes every child is unique and learns at their own pace.
