Purple and Silverbear announce an alliance to deliver best practice process-led CRM solutions to membership and trade associations who seek to achieve membership excellence efficiently and effectively.

Purple and Silverbear will work with membership associations to support them through the journey of process change into the new world of a clearly defined solution offering.

Silverbear and Purple’s alliance introduces a disruptive approach in a crowded market which typically delivers bespoke solutions for each customer. This new way of delivering CRM solutions breaks away from the traditional approach of customer specific solutions and instead focuses on best practice process established through their combined experience within Membership & Trade Associations. The new approach utilises Silverbear’s proven CRM platform developed around Membership & Association collective needs combined with Purple’s extensive experience in Process Improvement, Implementation and Organisational Change.

This strategic alliance enables clients to approach procurement and implementation of a new membership platform from an operational process perspective rather than being led by technology.
