We are excited to expand both our CTIA base, our LT2 product capabilities, and our eLearning capabilities associated with Riptide’s Elements product line and our deep knowledge of xAPI
Oviedo, FL (PRWEB) May 03, 2017
Riptide Software, Inc. announced today that it has been selected by The U.S. Army Program Executive Office Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI), Program Manager for Training Devices (PM TRADE) to develop an Intelligent Live AAR Tutoring System (ILATS). This research topic is part of the new Intelligent After Action Review (AAR) for Army Live Training. Riptide’s proposal to create the ILATS framework will take more than a year to complete.
The ILATS framework will allow the ingestion of AAR data from CTIA-based training systems (like TRACR, DRTS, HITS) to be analyzed by any appropriate combination of neural networks, rules engines, and deep learning algorithms.
“The implementation of ILATS will result in more consistent AARs, requiring less human interaction, and compiling data analytics that will improve overall Army training” said Riptide CTO, Barry Clinger.
“We are excited to expand both our CTIA base, our LT2 product capabilities, and our eLearning capabilities associated with Riptide’s Elements product line and our deep knowledge of xAPI” said Riptide CEO, Philip Loeffel.
