As chief revenue officer (CRO), Mirkovich will scale the company’s distribution organization, leading sales, business development, and customer partnerships initiatives. He comes to Accolade from Glassdoor, where he led efforts to scale the company’s distribution and service organizations. Mirkovich has spent more than 20 years in executive sales and general management roles at several category-leading companies, successfully growing sales and services to maximize revenue and profitability.
Swift leads the Accolade operations organization as chief service officer (CSO), responsible for building the services team to deliver outstanding personalized support for customers and members. Prior to joining Accolade, Swift was executive vice president in the human capital management and analytics practices of Aon, creating and delivering analytics-backed services and commercial offers to address unique employer challenges and opportunities. While at Aon, Swift managed client relationships and service delivery to several prominent Fortune 50 organizations around the world.
