Pariveda Solutions, a leading management consulting firm specializing in improving our clients’ performance, was recently named as one of the Daily Herald Business Ledger’s Best Places to Work in Illinois. This is the sixth year in a row that Pariveda Solutions has been named to the list. This year they were ranked #3 in the large employer category.
The program, now in its 11th year, is hosted by the Daily Herald Business Ledger. These companies have been recognized as Best Places to Work based on surveys about the workplace completed by their employees. Peter Burke, president of the Best Companies Group, noted the employee engagement among the companies awarded this year averaged 91 percent, compared to a national average of 41 percent.
“We seek to be difference-makers in our industry and the communities where we live by learning always, coaching more and giving back,” said Clay Hafner, Chicago Office Managing Vice President. “Creating that environment of learning, coaching and giving so our people can grow to their fullest potential is a top priority for us at Pariveda.”
“At Pariveda, our people allow us to be value co-creators with our clients,” said Bruce Ballengee, Pariveda’s CEO. “This award recognizes our commitment to growing value co-creators who bring a high-caliber combination of technology and business problem-solving expertise to our clients.”
Profiles of the top companies will appear in the June 26th issue of the Daily Herald Business Ledger and online at dhbusinessledger.com.
