The largest lawsuit against a binary options company has been filed in a Tel Aviv District Court (case number 3048007174), by attorney Veronica Birman of Birman Law Firm on behalf of Hong Kong resident, Sik Mun Simone Loke. The lawsuit was filed against the owner of Toro Media - the marketing entity of binary options brand OptionsXO, Tomer Levi and several of his employees for allegedly defrauding Ms. Loke out of 10 million USD.

Ms. Loke purportedly started her binary options ordeal like many others: she saw an online ad allegedly promising high return rates and signed up with her credit card, depositing 250 USD to activate the account.

The lawsuit describes how the alleged fraud led Ms. Loke into believing OptionsXO was an apparently established brokerage firm.

Despite allegedly suffering significant trading losses at the hands of her account managers, Ms. Loke did not realize her trading experience was apparently fake until The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the US Treasury Department stepped in. Page 41 of the lawsuit states that, Counting House, the third-party payment processor OptionsXO allegedly used was blacklisted in the United States as a criminal organization.

Birman Law began litigating against Toro Media, and its owner Tomer Levi on behalf of Ms. Loke, and recently filed the petition in court. The lawsuit names several other parties who also perpetrated the alleged fraud.

Birman Law was established as a boutique firm, offering a range of legal services for individuals and businesses, specializing in financial fraud, and corporate law. Birman Law is particularly dedicated to recovering money lost through fraudulent binary options companies. After discovering that so many individuals had nowhere else to turn, Birman Law decided to focus on representing these clients in the fight against unregulated binary options companies.
