TRC Market Research, a Philadelphia based market research firm, has announced today that the organization has hired Philippe Pouliot to be part of TRC’s management research team as research manager.

Phil will be responsible for directing and conducting research activities for quantitative research projects such as conjoint analysis, new product research, market segmentation, customer experience and others. Phil will maintain client relationships by interacting on projects from point-of-sale through reporting.

Phil brings to TRC expertise in understanding the fundamental business issues related to all stages of marketing strategy and in using innovative approaches to generate insights. Phil’s specific areas of expertise include market landscaping, new product testing as well as customer experience and satisfaction, acquired over his 10+ years at GfK, Medimix International and Adelphi Research.
