Inventor Develops Protective Accessory for a Litter-Box Liner (LCC-3523)
PITTSBURGH (PRWEB) November 07, 2017 -- "I use a liner in my cat’s litter box, and I often find that my cats scratch through it, and then shreds of plastic end up all over the floor," said an inventor from Oxford, Pa. "In order to keep the liner safe and intact, I came up with this convenient protector."
She created a prototype for the patent-pending LITTER BOX SCRATCH GUARD to protect the plastic liner inside a litter box. The accessory prevents cats from scratching through the plastic liner. This keeps shreds of plastic from being strewn outside the box all over the floor. The unit also reduces the need to replace the liner as often. It makes it easier to maintain a tidy litter box. Additionally, the invention stops messes and waste.
