InventHelp, founded in 1984 in Pittsburgh, is attempting to submit this idea, the ULTRA THIN KICK to applicable companies for their consideration.

An inventor from Jersey City, N.J. has developed the ULTRA THIN KICK, a convenient accessory for the hands-free support of a smartphone or tablet computer. It will allow for easier viewing capabilities. A prototype model is available.

"While traveling, I found it difficult to prop up my phone to watch a movie. Stands currently on the market can be too bulky when attached to a cell phone or tablet. My invention provides a sleek and convenient alternative," said the inventor. The ULTRA THIN KICK provides a hands-free means of viewing a smartphone or tablet. It eliminates the stress and strain of having to hold a personal device. In addition, it provides an alternative to bulky, heavy stands currently on the market.

The original design was submitted to the New Jersey office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
