While cell phones and keys are most commonly carried in pockets or purses, people often leave them lying in any number of hard-to-remember locations. Fortunately, two inventors from Round Lake Beach, Ill., found a way to locate misplaced items like these instantly with no wasted time and effort.
They developed STICK IT, FIND IT to help to locate missing items quickly and easily. As such, it eliminates the need to waste time searching for essentials like cell phones and keys. Therefore, it reduces the chances of being late for or missing appointments or time-sensitive events. While anyone can benefit from this item, it is ideal for individuals with either memory or hearing loss. At the same time, it operates without the need for electronic technology like computers, smartphones or transmitters. Nor does it require technical skills or downloading of applications. Other appealing features are its convenience, effectiveness and affordable price. In addition, it is compact, lightweight and easy to use and reuse.
The inventors’ personal experience inspired the idea. “I have memory loss and, as a result, lose items very often. I needed something to compensate for that problem and also to help my father, who has Alzheimer’s disease, to find things he needs easily,” one of them said.
