Swiss Post Solutions North America Appoints Vice President to Further Strengthen Solutions Design and Development

Swiss Post Solutions (SPS) announced the addition of Ray Krienke to its North American Executive Leadership Team as Vice President, Solutions & Services

Swiss Post Solutions (SPS), a leading outsourcing provider for business process solutions and innovative services in document management, announced the addition of Ray Krienke to its North American Executive Leadership Team as Vice President, Solutions & Services. In this role, Ray will lead the design and development of business solutions for customers and prospects with a special focus on the digital transformation of business processes.

The appointment comes in support of SPS’ ongoing business expansion. Ray’s primary function will be to further enhance SPS’ ability to identify new solutions for clients and to handle the increasing pipeline of large intricate deals. Ray, who will be based out of Los Angeles, will manage resources to bring world-class solutions to clients and prospects aimed at meeting their objectives as they become increasingly focused on process automation. In alignment with SPS’ Clients First approach and to ensure customer success, he will additionally oversee the project management team and the disciplined project management process they leverage for solution transitions.

Ray previously held management positions at several global organizations. Before joining SPS, he spent ten years with Williams Lea, where he progressed from Vice President of the East Region to Head of Global Managed Services for the Americas. During that time, he was instrumental in driving growth of the US business while establishing and expanding their global operations center in Wheeling, West Virginia. Before that, Ray held senior management positions with Siemens Business Services, Dell, Intergraph and IBM. He brings a strong understanding of the Legal and Financial sectors.

Ray has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Pressure Vessel Design.
