Winning for the Private Company category with Revenues up to $50 Million, Keane accepted the award at the annual awards ceremony in Somerset, NJ.
The CFO of the Year awards program celebrates New Jersey’s standout financial executives who contribute to the success of New Jersey’s economic growth and stability. The awards were presented by NJBIZ, New Jersey’s premier business news publication.
Keane played a key role in Sunnyside Manor’s successful relocation and expansion into a new state-of-the-art community. The $26 million construction project, which ultimately created more than 80 new jobs for New Jersey, was completed in late 2015. As a result of this project, the company transformed from a 70 bed facility of primarily skilled nursing beds to a 152 bed continuum of care community consisting of assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care. “Although CFOs focus on the finances, one of the biggest benefits of all was being able to provide such a nice home for our senior community,” says Keane.
