The chips fall under dietary guidelines including Paleo, vegan, diabetic, gluten-free, dairy-free, grain-free, soy-free and low-carb. No white sugar is used in the chips, but low-Glycemic Index coconut sugar is used in the Coconut Candy, Sweet Chili, Cinnamon and Ginger flavors.
