“The Love Life Of Fear And Paranoia: From Heartbreak to Healing”: a guide to the Biblical principles for health and healing. “The Love Life Of Fear And Paranoia: From Heartbreak to Healing” is the creation of published author, Tjuana Ladawn Callahan, a proud mother, grandmother, and member of God’s family at New Morning Light Baptist Church in Conley, GA.
Life’s challenges left Tjuana Ladawn Callahan with suppressed anger, resentment, and bitterness. The doors of a sheltered childhood flung open, exposing the secrets of fear and paranoia she experienced in their dysfunctional home. Her diary became her closest friend. She found security with her nose in books. Her comfort was in scholastic achievement. The love of Jesus Christ seemed so distant. Socializing was not important. She felt unworthy, undesirable, unwanted, and insecure. The innate human desire for romance coupled with anxiety, insecurity, and low self-esteem resulted in many failed relationships. She became a magnet to those who exploited her own insecurities. When Jesus rescued her, and turned her life around, His unconditional love for her expelled her depression, anxiety, and paranoia. It has been a long journey that she is compelled to share through literary art.
“It’s important to reject fearful thoughts as we draw strength in a close relationship with Jesus that gives us the power to love, forgive, and trust others in a more excellent way. The life skills found in biblical scripture are keys to healing.” --Tjuana Ladawn Callahan
Published by Christian Faith Publishing, Tjuana Ladawn Callahan’s new book shares the principles of health and healing.
This is a cruel, heartless world that offers no respect for life, love, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Too many people are trapped in the prison of fear, anxiety, doubt, intense outbursts, paranoia, unfulfilled relationships, and broken hearts. Fearful people often gravitate to one another for comfort and support, but their destructive habits do not produce the loving relationships they desperately need.
Fear and paranoia develop as a way of coping with painful mental and emotional experiences. Even though it seems reasonable to fear, Jesus does not want people to be consumed with it. The heartbreak of fear can be replaced with the faith that transforms lives and relationships. These are the requirements of health and healing: submission to God, self-forgiveness, forgiveness of others, the application of God’s principles, trust, and prayer.
