TAWANI Property Management started of the first phase of construction for an eight-floor apartment building located at 1323 W. Morse Avenue in Chicago’s Rogers Park neighborhood. Construction is expected to be completed by spring 2019.

TAWANI Enterprises today announced the start of the first phase of construction for an eight-floor apartment building located at 1323 W. Morse Avenue in Chicago’s Rogers Park neighborhood.

The highly-anticipated building at 1323 W. Morse Street will consist of five floors of condo-quality one- and two-bedroom apartments, one studio and three stories of parking.

The new Morse Avenue apartment building will make the area stronger and bring more housing options to the neighborhood.

TAWANI Property Management, a division of TAWANI Enterprises, an investment group specializing in the development, investment, management and preservation of real estate properties in the Chicago area, today announced the start of the first phase of construction for an eight-floor apartment building located at 1323 W. Morse Avenue in Chicago’s Rogers Park neighborhood. Construction is expected to be completed by spring 2019.

The highly-anticipated building will consist of five floors of condo-quality one- and two-bedroom apartments, one studio and three stories of parking. Each apartment has oversized windows, plenty of closet space, in-unit washers and dryers, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and private balconies.

Pricing for the newly constructed apartments will be comparable to the condo-quality units of Mayne Annex, which range between $1,100-$2,300* per month, and residents will have access to several amenities including outdoor terraces with a barbecue area and rooftop gardening spaces, bicycle storage, an exercise center and a large ground floor lobby.

The building will also contain 73 parking spaces. Fifty parking spaces will be designated for residents and the other 23 will be reserved for guests of Mayne Stage. When Mayne Stage is not in-use, spaces will be made available for community parking. The building is also located steps away from the red line Morse “L” stop.

The new Morse Avenue apartment building will make the area stronger and bring more housing options to the neighborhood,” said Joe Moore, Alderman of the 49th Ward in Chicago. “It will also enhance Morse Avenue and generate more customers for local businesses.”

TAWANI Property Management is working with architect Zisong Feng of Z Feng Architect & Company, The Concord Group and Pepper Construction on the building.
