"I thought that women's underwear could be designed better in order to accommodate menstruation," said an inventor from Columbus, Ohio.

She developed the PANTY PAD for wear during menstruation. The accessory prevents menstrual fluid from staining underwear, which eliminates the need to replace expensive underwear. The invention keeps other apparel and bedding from getting stained as well. Additionally, it provides added peace of mind and protects the wearer against embarrassment.

The original design was submitted to the Columbus office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
