Irvine, CA (PRWEB) January 12, 2018
zpizza, the first artisan-inspired pizza chain that has appealed to foodies for more than 25 years, announced the debut of a Columbia, South Carolina location on the USC campus. Local residents are invited to celebrate the grand opening of the new store on Monday, January 15, 2018.
Ideal for students and families who want convenient, tasty and nutritious choices, the Columbia eatery serves zpizza’s signature artisan brick oven-baked pizzas made with premium ingredients, including fresh produce, award-winning skim mozzarella, certified organic tomato sauce and non-GMO flour. Other menu items include hearty salads, subs, zWings, and shareables like Parmesan flatbread. zpizza also offers a variety of gluten-free and vegan menu options.
“College students love pizza but we wanted to offer a healthier version,” said Dave Duffy, owner of zpizza Columbia. “We are excited to bring these delicious pizzas and other offerings to a community that values top-notch ingredients and superb taste as much as we do.”
The new zpizza is located on the ground floor of 650 Lincoln, which is university-owned housing, located right in the heart of the University of South Carolina. Hours of operation are Sunday through Saturday 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
