The talented chef takes a different approach to the traditional recipe of Taiwanese beef noodle soup by infusing the broth with Pu-erh tea and replacing regular noodles with green tea noodles. It will blow your noodle experience to a whole new level! On the Global Beats Stage, the STC foundation will present a Techno Third Prince dance showcasing Taiwan’s charming folk culture. Dancers will be dressed in traditional style costumes with mesmerizing choreography that will surely take viewers’ breath away.
