California Baptist University (CBU) has earned the No. 23 spot among online bachelor’s programs in the 2018 Top Online Education Program national rankings released by U.S. News & World Report. This places CBU as the only California college ranked in the top 25 nationwide for best online bachelor’s programs.
In the area of faculty credentials and training, CBU continues to rank at the top earning 3 No. 1 spots for: online MBA; online graduate education; online graduate business programs; and No. 6 in the bachelor’s degree program category.

We strive to allow individuals interested in pursuing their education the opportunity to achieve this goal, and the high ranking across our online programs confirm students have received outstanding instruction and are prepared to advance in their workplace,” Dr. David Poole, vice president for OPS, said.
CBU Online and Professional Studies (OPS) currently serves approximately 4,000 students online. OPS offers 24 online undergraduate majors and concentrations, 14 graduate majors and specializations, and two doctoral programs in business administration and public administration.
“The latest rankings support our mission and goal to build and deliver quality, relevant and affordable programs online. In addition to being the only California school in the top 25 nationwide for best online bachelor’s programs, we are also one of only four private institutions in that group,” Poole said.
