NRS News is an aggregate news site specifically for staffing agencies and recruiting professional audiences. The site hosts several thousands of subscribers for daily news feed updates on hiring industry subject matter including: onboarding, payroll, recruiting, background screening and compliance. Now the news source is launching its first contest to recognize the efforts of its target community.
NRS News hosts this contest with Intelifi Inc., a leading background check company and background screening service partner. With Intelifi’s expert FCRA certified support staff, NRS News will be able to identify those agencies and recruiters who most aptly applies laws related to hiring compliance.
The contest will consist of 4 rounds of eliminations beginning by submitting a formal application, followed by a questionnaire, testing and 3rd party recommendation. At present, all nationwide individual recruiters and/or staffing agencies are eligible to enter the contest by the contest registration page. Recruiters will compete with other national recruiters, while staffing agencies will compete with other agencies.
NRS News will select one staffing agency and recruiter from each state as an honorable mention and one national winner in both the staffing and recruiting categories. Honorable mentions will receive certificate awards while the national winners for the year will each receive custom plaques in their honor.
While there are similar contests within the staffing industry, NRS News stresses that this contests focus is on hiring compliance and the effect of its strict performance on the bottom line for employers and/or staffing agency executives.
