Betty Skinner, principal agent of the Betty Skinner Insurance Agency in Kitsap County, is announcing a charity drive to help provide backpacks stuffed with educational and scholastic supplies to children in the region who are enrolled in foster care programs.

“The Kitsap Foster Care Association does such a wonderful job supporting children in our community that we feel lucky to be able to help them out,” said Betty Skinner.

Community involvement will be crucial during this event, and the Skinner team is asking all residents to refer in friends, co-workers, or family members to receive no cost quotes on insurance. For every person referred into the firm, Skinner and her team will issue a $10 donation to the Foster Care Association.
