DATAMARK, a global leading provider for contact center services, has partnered with a fast growing energy provider in support of their customer service outreach. The company provides natural gas and electricity for its clients across the U.S, Canada, and Japan. Recently named retail energy provider of the year by the Energy Marketing Conferences LLC, the need for additional support in their contact centers became inevitable with the tremendous growth the company has been experiencing.

With the launch of this new project, DATAMARK will be responsible for taking multi-purpose inbound customer service calls at DATAMARK de Mexico facilities, where DATAMARK currently services Fortune 100 companies from 3 locations in Juarez and Chihuahua, Mexico. The partnership will have several phases during which the call center will serve as a supplement to the energy provider’s current in-house contact center. Additionally, the new servicing center will also provide business continuity, ensuring that customers will still receive high quality, expedient service even in a case of unexpected events that may prevent the in-house center from providing customer service support to their clients.

This project marks the third Energy Call Center project launched at DATAMARK in the last 3 years. Operations are scheduled to go live as early as March 2018.
