The new Spanish software company, SIRONTA SOFTWARE S.L. will be present at the ICT 2010: Digitally Driven, the most important European ICT exhibition that will take place the 27 - 29 September, in Brussels.
The biennial ICT event has become a unique gathering point for researchers, business people, investors, and high level policy makers in the field of digital innovation. It is the Europe's most visible forum for ICT research and innovation and this year will have more than 10.000 m² of exhibition of Europe's latest cutting edge ICT research.
SIRONTA SOFTWARE S.L. has been selected among the first twenty European SME bringing cutting-edge technology to the market coming from European research projects.
SIRONTA SOFTWARE S.L. will have a stand in the SME village at ICT 2010 and will release its new product Sironta, a collaboration software platform used for exchanging, creating and editing documents that require teamwork.
Sironta platform connects two or more users without making any network changes to share files of any type and any size from anywhere in the world without violating the terms of confidentiality or the NDA that such documents may have.
Because of its P2P method, after editing a document, only changes are sent through the network, not entire files. Even more, you can edit your OpenOffice.org documents off-line, without the need to be connected to the network. Once you reconnect to the Internet, your peers will synchronize with you and will see the realized changes.
Sironta uses a room representation to simplify its use and to shorten its learning curve. The user can create rooms to organize both the shared information and the other users. It empowers the user to collaborate with anyone as if they were together in the same room, simply using their own PC.
“Our product is ready to provide collaboration services to every PC or Mac user, helping them to create, edit and share information and documents with their partners, regardless of the OS used,” said Pablo Hernández, Co-Founder and CEO of Sironta.
