2nd Annual Student Film & Video Festival Underway

There are only 30 days left for California Community College students to submit entries to the 2nd Annual Student Film and Video Festival.

San Marcos, CA (Vocus/PRWEB ) January 2, 2007 -- The deadline is quickly approaching for the 2nd Annual Student Film & Video Festival presented by CCCSAT, the California Community Colleges Satellite Network. The success of last year's festival prompted CCCSAT to expand the entry categories, prizes and add sponsorship partners. The contest is free and open to all California Community College students.

Original student works produced between January 1, 2006 and December 31, 2006 are eligible for award consideration. Entries must be submitted on VHS or DVD along with the official entry form and postmarked no later than January 31, 2007. Log on to the CCCSAT website, www.cccsat.org, to read the complete set of rules and download an entry form. Guests can also view the 2006 Best of Show winning entry, Vanished, written, directed and produced by Matthew Jummar from Los Angeles City College.
