The 360-Degree Feedback Coaching Training Workshop is based on over 15 years of research on using employee feedback to coach and develop leaders. Those with a desire to become an effective leadership coach and an expert on the use of 360-degree feedback in leadership coaching will find this workshop valuable and engaging.
Each participant will take a Leadership Intelligence 360-Degree Feedback Survey and create a personal action plan for development. They will learn how to coach others on 360-degree feedback during an interactive and hands-on workshop. Graduates will be able to conduct individual and group leadership coaching sessions in their own organizations.
The 360-Degree Feedback Training Workshop takes place on September 22-23, 2010 in beautiful Park City, Utah. This training has been pre-approved for 12.5 credit hours toward PHR, SPHR, and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute.
