We want our customers to have the greatest experience possible when they come in the stores and we want to create more excitement about the experience of shopping at 4 Wheel Parts.
Compton, CA (PRWEB) February 28, 2013
4 Wheel Parts, prominent retailer of aftermarket parts for the off-road industry, recently opened a new location in Reno, Nevada. The first 4 Wheel Parts store in Northern Nevada is a prototype of the new, leading-edge design 4 Wheel Parts plans to adopt at its other stores. The Reno store’s sleek new look features ample space for product displays and the layout allows customers to go to a wall or an area and be educated about a product.
“This is the start of what we’re prototyping as some of the newer things we hope to take to all our stores in the future,” says Greg Adler, 4 Wheel Parts CEO & President. “We want our customers to have the greatest experience possible when they come in the stores and we want to create more excitement about the experience of shopping at 4 Wheel Parts.”
There are onsite installation and service bays, and 4 Wheel Parts installs everything they sell. “Our ASE-trained technicians can handle any install, whether it’s a ring and pinion and an axle, or a complete suspension system,” says Reno Store Manager Aaron Mundine. “When you leave 4 Wheel Parts and get your vehicle on the road we want to make sure you’re driving with confidence.”
The brand new Reno store features:
- $2 million in inventory
- 8 installation bays
- 10 store employees
- Convenient hours - open 6 days a week
The Google+ local page has information on the Reno store and the February 16 Grand Opening was an overwhelming success. “We were packed and had people parking three to four blocks away,” says Mundine. “We’ve stepped away from the traditional merchandising layout and modernized the look. Everybody was excited to see how good the store looked and it was very well-received.”
The event featured giveaways, instant rebates, and exclusive onsite deals. Smittybilt XRC8 winches, on sale for $249, were gone within the hour. “We had a wall of them and they just evaporated,” says Mundine. Although the new facility was built as a car lot and has a lot of real estate, the store enlisted ten extra staff members to attend to the crowds.
Additionally, the new Reno 4 Wheel Parts store just launched its online Google virtual tour of its showroom, allowing users to navigate the entire premises. The interactive tour presents high resolution images of off-road vehicle products and accessories that users can share via social media.
